When returning the goods, the consumer, in particular, is obliged to properly pack the shipment securely outside and inside so that the goods are not damaged during transportation.

*When receiving the goods (order), the Consumer must inspect the goods (their appearance, quantity, quality) in the presence of a representative of the Carrier, Claims of the Consumer to the Seller regarding the goods received via courier service (New Post, Most) Express, etc.) for improper product or appearance (damage), discovered upon receipt of the goods, must be recorded by the Consumer together with a representative of the courier service by drawing up a written document reflecting the damage. In other cases, claims for damage to the goods during transportation shall be submitted directly to the carrier.

*The User's acceptance of the Goods by the Consumer without drawing up a written document with a representative of the courier service regarding improper product or appearance (damage) detected upon receipt of the Goods shall be a confirmation of the Consumer's absence of any claims against the Seller regarding the quality or quantity of such Goods, any characteristics (color, dimensions, etc.).

This provision is valid without limitation.
